Inger has contributed to our Philadelphia CHADD meetings, not just as a parent—she also lends her expertise and helps participants navigate through parenting as well as their own challenges with ADHD. She is a valuable member of our planning committee, an insightful coach, and an empathetic therapist. ”

God’s grace enabled the discovery of IngerShaye and her support cohort for Black Women with ADHD. Living in white spaces can be lonely, leading to feelings of shame or misrepresentation. Being part of the group has been validating, encouraging, and supportive. Participating in the program has been an incredible blessing, with weekly coaching from an international coach.
