I’m Inger Shaye Colzie, an ADHD Coach and Psychotherapist passionate about supporting Black women executives and entrepreneurs through clarity, empowerment, and resilience. With 15 years of experience running my practice, Alchemy Coaching & Counseling, I bring both professional expertise and personal insight from navigating ADHD myself. I created a space for Black women with ADHD to connect and learn from one another, and I’ve had the honor of speaking on platforms like How to ADHD and the Stanford University Neurodiversity Project. To learn more about my journey and how I can support you, visit my About page.
There are a couple of ways for you to work with me. I’m a public speaker that offers workshops on personal development and leadership training. I also work within organizations as a corporate coach, coaching staff and management one-on-one.
If ADHD keeps getting in the way of your goals—at work, at home, or in life—it’s time to try a new approach. The Professional Black Women with ADHD Coaching Collective is a powerful space where Black women support each other while learning real, ADHD-friendly strategies to manage focus, stress, and productivity.
With weekly live workshops, accountability sessions, productivity power hours, and a private community, you’ll gain the tools and support to finally work with your brain, not against it. Plus, every member gets a 1:1 coaching session with me, Inger Shaye Colzie.
This program is designed for us, by someone who understands. Ready to join a space where Black women with ADHD can thrive?

I felt overwhelmed and disorganized, worried I was an imposter. Would people figure out just how out of control I was? I just couldn’t figure out how to get the important stuff done. Then I discovered that I have ADHD and my whole world began to make sense. Once I realized the true impact of my ADHD and how it was inhibiting my ability to make a rich and fulfilling life, I took back control.
Instead of shying away, as I had in the past, I learned everything I could about the condition. I became an expert in all areas related to effective management of ADHD and dug into related areas to create positive and sustained change. My transformation has been so powerful that I made it my mission to teach others with ADHD how to have more successful and effortless lives too. This is how I came to be an ADHD Coach as well as a Transformational Leadership Coach.
